With the booking request you will receive a non-binding booking confirmation by e-mail. A binding booking contract is only concluded as soon as the deposit of 30% of the total gross amount has been received in our account. The terms and conditions of payment as well as the cancellation deadlines are set out in these GTC.
- Deposit: A deposit of 30% of the total amount is due immediately after booking to secure the reservation.
- Final Payment: The balance must be paid by bank transfer no later than 3 days before the check-in date.
- Payment method: Payments are made exclusively by bank transfer.
If the final payment is not received 3 days before arrival, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and claim the full amount in accordance with the cancellation policy.
- Up to 60 days before arrival: Cancellation possible free of charge, the deposit will be refunded in full.
- Up to 21 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount is due.
- Within 21 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount is due.
A refund will be made to the account specified by you. No refund will be made in the event of early departure.
- Check-in: From 15:00, via a key safe. You will be given the code shortly before arrival.
- Check-out: Until 11:00.
There is usually no one on site, but we or someone from the family may welcome you in person. We are always available to answer any questions you may have.
- Wood-burning stove: For safety reasons, it is strictly forbidden to use the wood-burning stoves. The guest is liable for any damage caused by non-compliance.
- Bathroom: Please turn on the ventilation during and after showering and tilt the window.
- Garden, garage and terrace: The garden, garage and front terrace are available for use. We provide badminton rackets and other items that should be treated as your own.
- Waste separation: Please separate the waste in the garage according to the specifications:
- Yellow bag: plastic bottles, packaging, foils
- Black garbage can: residual waste
- Organic waste garbage can: fruit and vegetable waste, food waste
- Cardboard & glass: Put in the garage.
We ask you to handle waste separation with care.
- Street shoes and ski boots: These are not permitted in the living areas. Please leave street shoes in the entrance hall and ski boots in the garage.
- Smoking ban: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the entire accommodation, the garage and on the grounds. This also applies to e-cigarettes.
- Maximum number of guests: The maximum number of guests is 8.
- Quiet hours: From 22:00 to 06:00 we ask that quiet hours are observed.
8.1 No liability for injuries, accidents, or death: The host accepts no liability for any injury, accident, or death that may occur to guests during their stay at the accommodation or during their vacation in the region. Guests are responsible for their own safety and caution.
8.2 Assistance on request: The host is happy to assist and offer support where possible. However, medical assistance or other necessary measures will only be organized at the express request of the guest or, in an emergency, at the request of relatives, and always at the guest's own expense.
8.3 No assumption of costs: The host will not assume any costs in connection with an illness, accident, or death of the guest, including but not limited to medical expenses, ambulance transport, medication, or other medical care.
8.4 Own precautions: Guests are obliged to make suitable arrangements themselves in the event of illness, accident, or death (e.g., by taking out appropriate insurance or leaving emergency contacts).

10.1 The place of performance is the location of the accommodation, Home-Schusterwastl.
10.2 This contract is governed exclusively by Austrian law, excluding the rules of private international law and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
10.3 The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the host, whereby the host also has the right to assert his rights before any other locally competent court.
10.4 In the case of consumers domiciled in Austria or the EU, the place of jurisdiction may be the consumer's place of residence.
11.1 Amendments to the contract must be made in writing.
11.2 The host has the right to offset his own claims against claims of the guest. The guest is only entitled to offset against undisputed or legally established claims.
11.3 Should a provision of these GTC be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. In this case, the statutory provisions shall apply.
