Yes, there is space for up to three cars on the property, one of them in the garage. The house has free, fast WiFi (95 Mbps), bed linen and towels are included in the price.
From hiking and mountain biking to skiing — Grossarl offers numerous outdoor activities. Hiking trails, cross-country skiing trails and cycling trails start right outside the front door, and the ski slopes are just 1.2 km away.
Yes, the town center of Grossarl with a supermarket, cafés and restaurants is only a 10-15 minute walk away. The closest bus stop for the ski bus and public transport is a 7-minute walk away at the “Grossarl Lagerhaus” stop.
Absolutely! The holiday home can accommodate up to 8 people, has a large garden and is family-friendly. Children can play safely outside as there is little to no traffic on the road. For self-catering, there is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and electric stove.
The house is supplied with 100% green electricity and draws fresh water directly from the spring in Grossarl. We focus on waste separation and sustainable tourism, and many activities can be reached on foot or by ski bus.
Most of the time, no one is present due to the flexibility of check-in.
You can easily check in using a key safe, the code will be sent to you before arrival. However, it is possible that I or a member of my family may extend a warm welcome to you. The house is oriented in such a way that you can quickly find your way around. If you have any questions, we are of course always available!
Yes, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required upon booking.
You can cancel free of charge up to 60 days before your arrival and receive the down payment back. If you cancel up to 21 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount is due. If you cancel within 21 days before arrival, the full amount is to be paid.
The holiday home is fully available for your sole use. However, there are other rooms in the house that are used by me and my family for living. These areas are completely separated from your area and have detached access. The garden is shared — my family and I are in the back, while the front area, as can be seen in the pictures, is reserved exclusively for you.
